Personal Data Processing Policy

  1. Pursuant to Art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L.2016.119.1, hereinafter: "GDPR"), the Lambda Polska Foundation informs: The administrator of the processed personal data is: Lambda Polska Foundation, ul. Rostocka 160, 71-771 Szczecin, KRS No. 0000991697).
  2. The Foundation may process your personal data for the following purposes:
    1. to perform a service ordered or reported resulting from the statutory activities of the Foundation in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the Regulation;
    2. to administer and manage the Foundation's activities, in particular to administer ordinary, supporting and honorary members, and for the purposes of meeting the requirements of the Act on Foundations of 6 April 1984, as amended (Journal of Laws of 1984, No. 21, item 97), in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the Regulation;
    3. for statistical or analytical purposes, if it results from a legitimate reason based on the purposes of statutory activity, or for the purposes of measuring traffic on the website and social media associated with the Foundation in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the Regulation;
    4. for the purpose of conducting statutory information activities and sending free, ordered marketing materials (newsletter) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the Regulation;
    5. to implement specific projects, where the legitimate reason for data processing results from agreements with other entities, statutory obligations or other documents, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the Regulation;
    6. resulting from a concluded service agreement, volunteer agreement, mandate contract, contract for a specific work, employment contract or other legally permitted form of a concluded agreement, for the purposes of implementing this agreement, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the Regulation;
    7. resulting from the Foundation's legal obligations based on accounting and tax regulations, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c of the Regulation;
    8. to pursue or defend against legal claims, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the Regulation;
    9. related to the management and administration of personnel or persons performing tasks for the Foundation in an organized manner in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the Regulation.
    10. personal data may be processed in order to organize assistance, including medical or psychological assistance, for the person whose data is being processed.
  3. In connection with the processing purposes indicated in point 2, your data may be made available to other entities, such as:
    1. entities authorized to receive data on the basis of legal provisions (including the Social Insurance Institution, the Tax Office, judicial and other related bodies);
    2. postal service providers;
    3. legal service providers;
    4. entities providing audit services, or entities authorized under separate agreements with the Foundation to control the Foundation's activities, in particular public services implemented by the Foundation financed from public funds, European Union funds or funds from the European Economic Area, to the extent that the transfer of data is necessary for the proper performance of the control and such disclosure results from concluded agreements, applicable regulations and is legally justified;
    5. entities processing data on behalf of the Foundation on the basis of personal data processing entrustment agreements.
  4. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:
    1. on the basis of Art. 15 of the Regulation - the right to access the data content;
    2. on the basis of Art. 16 of the Regulation - the right to rectify the data;
    3. on the basis of Art. 17 of the Regulation - the right to delete the data, provided that the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and there is no legal basis for its processing, i.e. there is no legitimate reason for further data processing;
    4. on the basis of Art. 18 of the Regulation - the right to restrict data processing;
    5. on the basis of Art. 21 of the Regulation - the right to object to data processing.
  5. Personal data is generally processed within the European Economic Area, but the Foundation may commission some activities to subcontractors from outside the EEA. This applies in particular to subcontractors operating as part of the support for IT and IT infrastructure services. In accordance with the decision of the European Commission, the condition for the provision of such a service must be that the subcontractor ensures a degree of personal data protection consistent with the requirements of the European Economic Area.

Image Processing Policy

  1. In connection with participation in some events, meetings and other services resulting from statutory activities, the Foundation may process your biometric data in the form of image and voice, in accordance with recital 51 and Art. 4 point 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119.1 of 4 May 2016).
  2. Giving consent to the processing of biometric personal data may be associated with consent to the free dissemination of your image in external media, in accordance with Art. 81 para. 1 of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 4 February 1994, as amended (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1231).
  3. In accordance with Art. 81 para. 2 of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 4 February 1994, as amended (Journal of Laws 1994, No. 24, item 83), consent to the processing and dissemination of an image is not required if the person whose image is being disseminated is a well-known person performing political, social or professional duties, or if the person's image is only a detail of a whole such as a gathering, landscape or public event.
  4. In connection with the processing of biometric data indicated in point 1, you have the same rights as indicated in point 5 of the Personal Data Processing Policy of the Lambda Polska Foundation.
  1. This policy applies to the use of cookies by the website of the Lambda Polska Foundation (www.lambdapolska.org and its related subpages) - hereinafter referred to as the "Lambda Polska Foundation Website".
  2. The Lambda Polska Foundation Website uses cookies to adapt the content of the website to your preferences. They are also used to create anonymous statistics.
  3. Cookies are IT data, usually in text format, saved on the end device, containing data (including the name) of the website.
  4. The entity responsible for automatically placing cookies on your device is the operator of the Lambda Polska Foundation Website.
  5. The Lambda Polska Foundation Website uses two types of cookies:
    1. session cookies, which allow to remember the choices made. They remain on the end device until the end of the website/application session or until the browser is turned off.
    2. persistent cookies, which are stored on the device for the time defined in the parameters of the given file.
  6. The Lambda Polska Foundation Website uses the Google Analytics web analysis functionality, which also uses cookies.
